Property Description
Georgia Gameday Center is a luxury 8 floor condominium/hotel located in the heart of downtown Athens. We have 70 units in our rental program and offer nightly, weekend, and monthly stays. We also offer a 24-hour concierge to help make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable and a shuttle service that is available upon request. There is an exercise facility that is available 24-hours a day, and we also have a business room that accommodates 25-35 people comfortably. Minimum age at check-in is 25. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Minimum age at check-in is 25. There may be times where check in time is delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. A credit card and picture ID is required. Cash is not accepted. Please park at the front of the building on Broad Street when checking in. Our front desk is available 24-hours a day. If you are arriving late, please call 1-706-583-4500 to let us know. Historic downtown Athens is a beautiful city filled with music, restaurants, and shopping and is home to the Georgia Bulldogs. Athens is definitely the place to be if you want to relax or have a night out on the town.
